What are your office hours?
Monday/Wednesday/Friday - 12pm to 4pm by appointment only.

Are COVID Screeners conducted?
Yes, each person, including our staff, are required to complete a COVID Screener; completion of
screening questions and a temperature check are required upon entry of the building (in
compliance with CDC, screening is not required at this time).

Is wearing a mask required?
Masks are preferred, but not required.

How do I complete a request for services online?
Click the "Get Started Link" or "Get Started" menu drop down this will take you to our Google Forms page.
Click on the link corresponding to your requested service, fill out the information and submit the form.

When should I receive a call or email?
Once the Request Form is received, a staff member will contact you by phone or email within
24-72 hours to schedule an Intake Appointment.

What is an Intake Appointment?
An Intake Appointment is completed on a virtual platform using Doxy.Me. This appointment
provides and gathers general information before scheduling your service appointment.

Scheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for 72 business hours (3 business days) advance notice so we can accommodate other Patients on our waiting list.

If appointments are not canceled 72 hours in advance or you do not show up, you will be automatically charged the full fee for the missed session.

Do you offer In-Office or Virtual Appointments?
Yes, we offer both in-office and virtual appointments.

However, if you are a youth (under the age of 18), all appointments are conducted in the office.

How much are your services?
As A Different Path is focused on individualized care, Service Fees vary depending on program
and client needs, please contact customer service for pricing.
